1. Wire consumption:
1.1. When installing, first pre-embed the roadblock frame to the position to be installed, pay attention to the pre-embedded roadblock frame to be level with the ground (the roadblock height is 780mm). The distance between the roadblock machine and the roadblock machine is recommended to be within 1.5m.
1.2. When wiring, first determine the position of the hydraulic station and the control box, and arrange each 1×2cm (oil pipe) between the embedded main frame and the hydraulic station; the hydraulic station and the control box have two sets of lines, one of which is 2×0.6㎡ (signal control line), the second is 3×2㎡ (380V control line), and the control input voltage is 380V/220V.

1. Foundation digging:
A square groove (length 3500mm*width 1400mm*depth 1000mm) is dug out at the vehicle entrance and exit designated by the user, which is used to put the main frame part of the roadblock (the size of the 3-meter roadblock machine installation groove).
2. Drainage system:
Fill the bottom of the groove with concrete with a height of 220mm, and require high level accuracy (the bottom of the roadblock machine frame can fully contact the surface of the concrete underneath, so that the entire frame can bear the force), and at the middle of the lower part of the groove At the place, leave a small drainage ditch (width 200mm*depth 100mm) for drainage

3. Drainage method:
A. Using manual drainage or electric pumping mode, it is necessary to dig a small pool near the column, and regularly drain manually and electrically.
B. The natural drainage mode is adopted, which is directly connected to the sewer.

1. Installation location:
The main frame is installed at the vehicle entrance and exit designated by the user. According to the actual situation on site, the hydraulic station should be installed in an appropriate position for easy operation and maintenance, as close as possible to the frame (both indoor and outdoor on duty). The control box is placed in a place where it is easy to control and operate according to customer requirements (beside the operator’s console on duty).
2. Pipeline connection:
2.1. The hydraulic station is equipped with pipelines within 5 meters when leaving the factory, and the excess part will be charged separately. After the installation position of the frame and the hydraulic station is determined, when the foundation is excavated, the layout and arrangement of the hydraulic pipes should be considered according to the terrain of the installation place. The direction of the trench for the road and the control line shall be safely buried under the condition of ensuring that the pipeline does not damage other underground facilities. And mark the appropriate position to avoid damage to the pipeline and unnecessary losses during other construction operations.
2.2. The size of the pipeline embedded trench should be determined according to the specific terrain. Under normal circumstances, the pre-embedded depth of the hydraulic pipeline is 10-30 cm and the width is about 15 cm. The pre-embedded depth of the control line is 5-15 cm and the width is about 5 cm.
2.3. When installing the hydraulic pipeline, pay attention to whether the O-ring at the joint is damaged and whether the O-ring is installed correctly.
2.4. When the control line is installed, it should be protected by a threading pipe (PVC pipe).
3. The whole machine test run:
After the connection of the hydraulic pipeline, sensor and control line is completed, it should be checked again, and the following work can be carried out only after confirming that there is no error:
3.1. Connect the 380V three-phase power supply.
3.2. Start the motor to run idly, and check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. If it is not correct, please replace the three-phase access line, and go to the next step after it is normal.
3.3. Add hydraulic oil and check whether the oil level indicated by the oil level gauge is above the middle.
3.4. Start the control button to debug the switch of the roadblock machine. When debugging, the switching time interval should be longer, and pay attention to whether the opening and closing of the movable flap of the roadblock machine is normal. After repeated several times, observe whether the oil level indicator on the hydraulic oil tank is in the middle of the oil level gauge. If the oil is insufficient, refuel as soon as possible.
3.5. When debugging the hydraulic system, pay attention to the oil pressure gauge during the test run.
4. Roadblock machine reinforcement:
4.1. After the roadblock machine works normally, the secondary pouring of cement and concrete is carried out around the main frame to strengthen the roadblock machine.
